Order

A pre-order is an item that you can already purchase now and will be shipped once the product is back in stock.

The expected restock date can be found in the product description of the specific item and in your order confirmation.

If you order this item together with other products, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is back in stock.

I have not received my pre-order item yet. How is this possible?

Due to high demand, it may happen that newly delivered products are not placed in stock immediately. As a result, your package may leave our warehouse slightly later than expected.

The pre-order date should therefore be considered an estimated date, as we always mention. This means your package may be shipped a few days later, but sometimes even earlier.

You will always receive a Track & Trace code once your package has been shipped.
